From the very beginning of my project, Accessible Home USA staff was attentive & thorough in discovering my needs. They sought to understand my limitations and worked with me to design solutions. Most of all they were able to implement changes in the common areas of my home that served my needs yet didn't prevent me from inviting roommates to share my living expenses. They called it, "Universal Design." I called it an answer to my prayers!
I expected that the renovations would serve my practical needs in a utilitarian way.
