To accommodate a 1000 sq ft in-laws' suite, this small ranch home was more than doubled in size by adding a 36 x 16 addition and a second floor. In addition to the standard bedrooms and living spaces, this project included updating three bathrooms, a new kitchen, several decks, and a front porch decked with imported ipe wood from Brazil. The Living Room boasts a 12' vaulted ceiling.
Oh, by the way, it is also an ACCESSIBLE HOME with a nearly invisible wheelchair ramp built into the deck system.
