This 5500 sq ft home (pictured under construction) was once a 500 sq ft, 2 bedroom bungalow. The A-frame to the left is the original roof line.
Designed as an old fashioned boarding house by Accessible Home USA president Albert Everett, it boasts 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, & a new country kitchen w/ 15' cathedral ceilings, maple cabinetry, marble counter tops, and wide pine flooring. This project also included the building of a free standing 36 x 24 garage & a wrap around composite deck.
